What you’ll do:
We are looking for a student who has a strong interest in renewables and in particular Offshore Wind. You will be supporting engineering employees with inserting and maintaining components in an ERP system for our offshore wind turbines. This provides a deep insight into the technical structure of the wind turbines. Engineering also supports with the technical optimization of the wind turbines.
Key Responsibilities
· Inputting and processing in an ERP system
· Determine and adjust BOM structures
· Entering serial numbers
· Process reconciliations
· Customize item naming
· Determining and maintaining spare parts
· Collecting and creating product documentation
· Technical support for engineering staff
Who you are:
· Hands On: Keen to get into the details and work within a defined scope of works.
· Learning Mindset: Interested in understanding how the offshore wind farms and business processes work
· Methodical and Organized: You are methodical by nature and enjoy the opportunity to structure and organize your work. This will help you manage the competing priorities you will be managing.
· Strong Communicator: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications and experience
· Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical or similar) this is required in order to understand the connection between systems and components.
· Experience with design engineering (CAD)
